Four of M&M’s leading track and field athletes were invited to compete at last weekends Loughborough International. The invite gave them the opportunity to compete against some of the best athletes in the country.
Ellie Turner finished 3rd in her seeded race of the 200m in her second best time ever of 24.39 to move up to 7th on the UK U20 rankings, while also at 200m Alex Marshall finished 5th in his in 22.21. Meanwhile in the 100m, Darcey Kuypers recorded her fastest time of the season of 12.29, finishing 3rd in her race and Ashleigh West competed in the high jump, clearing a season’s best equalling 1.70m.
