Joining Medway and Maidstone Athletic Club

If you are interested in joining Medway and Maidstone Athletic Club PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST. Due to the huge amount of interest at present we don’t want you to be disappointed if you just turn up as we will not be able to cater for you.

Please advise the following:

  • age and school year (if applicable)

  • area of athletics you are interested in (including any times raced/distances jumped/thrown if known).

  • preferred training venue (Medway Park, Gillingham or Sutton Valence School, Maidstone)

  • If you are Under 18 and enquiring about joining, please copy in a parent/guardian email.

  • Please also read the FAQ tab.

We will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible but please be patient due to the large number of enquiries that we receive.

Please note that Medway Park charge an entrance fee to the Centre. This is in addition to club fees. Please speak to reception for information on discounted entrance fees for M&M athletes/families. We would suggest after trialling sessions and you wish to continue, you purchase a Centre membership. This is currently under £20 for a child for the year. It’s a big saving compared to spending an additional fee just to access the centre. There is also the option to pay a family Centre membership. Please enquire at Medway Park reception.

Due to the large amount of enquiries, Medway & Maidstone Athletic Club are now working alongside West Kent Athletics in providing athletics training for children. Children will have a chance to try a range of athletics events.  If you would like to register your child, please use the link below to take you through to the website registration page.
