Each year the Club has to hold an AGM, the purpose of which is to elect the Management Committee and accept the Club Accounts. We know it’s not the most exciting prospect but it’s something we legally have to do. We have therefore incorporated the Winter presentation of awards.
The AGM and Presentation will take place at the Kings Rochester Sports Centre, 601 Maidstone Rd, Rochester, Kent, ME1 3QJ. Winter awards will be for Cross Country, Indoor, Road and Sportshall.
Any proposals to be discussed must be sent to me by Friday 10th April and the Proposer must attend on the evening. Anyone interested in sitting on the Committee and helping to manage the club should contact me.
