It’s great to see many of our athletes getting back to competition at the Blackheath & Bromley middle distance Open meeting 11th April. From further afield, Conor Murphy, has recently ran a big new pb in the US. After an 11.35 100m, where he stumbled at the start, he ran a super 2, clocking a new pb of 21.92 for his first time under 22! Well done Conor.
On the road, a great marathon run for Dan St Martin at Dorney Lake, Windsor on the 3rd April. Racing to a PB time of 2.47:56. Well done.

Taryne Mcpherson (2nd in her age group) and Bob Fursey had strong runs at the Headcorn Half Marathon on the 11th April, 1.36:32 and 1.40: 02 respectively. Well done.
