The following criteria will be considered on proof of having applied through the ballot and receiving a rejection letter. If on taking in to account the criteria mentioned below, a decision can still not be made, names will be drawn from a hat. If there is still no interest, we will then consider those that did not apply in the ballot.
- supported the Club throughout the year through coaching, officiating or in an administration capacity; and/or
- supported the Club through regularly competing on the track, cross country or road
