Entries are already live so please don’t leave it too late to enter, if we get too many entries for an event we’ll have to close that event early. If you want to enter the BMC 800m then this is done via their website . This maybe one of the last chances for an outdoor pb this season!
The Chris Newman 1500m Handicap Race is a free entry for M&M Club members. Former members are welcome especially if you were a member of Chris’ training group although you wouldn’t be eligible to win the trophy. If you wish to enter please send your 1500m sb time (these are checked on Pof10) to lin.neeves@gmail.com, the slowest goes off first and your handicap is the difference between your sb and the first person. It’s hoped that all runners should cross the line very close together. Chris’ family normally come along to watch and present the trophy to the winner (first across the line).
