As many of you have heard now, Derek Gerrard, recently passed away. Derek was a truely special man giving his time and coaching children with their athletics. Derek had been involved in athletics for well over 50 years. He spent time as Kent President and helping out in many team roles for KCAA as well as the Club. Some of our coaches and senior athletes were coached themselves by Derek as children. We will all miss his presence around the track but he will not be forgotten ❤️.
