A number of Medway & Maidstone AC athletes took part in the Vitality London 10k on Monday 27th May. Tewelde Menges running a PB (31m.15s) and getting ever closer to breaking 31 minutes. Richard Tomlinson winning the V50-54 mens’ age group (34m.47s). There was a PB run for Sean Rodwell (38m.50s). In the ladies Jemma Whyman running a PB (40m.48s).
In the junior mile U15 race Anna Palmer ran 5m.34s and in the U13 Abigail Royden 6m.12s.
