Medway & Maidstone ladies and men contested their final Southern Athletic fixture at St Albans on Saturday 18th August. Thanks to some great performances they ended the season where they started with a victory.
It has now been confirmed that we have been promoted to Division 1. A great achievement to all the athletes that have competed at the SAL this season. To those that have achieved some fantastic PBs but also to those that have filled those events to ensure that we have added to our points total as it was extremely tight in the end. It really does make a different as you can see here . WELL DONE all of you.
A BIG THANK YOU to all our officials that give up their time to ensure that these events are able to go ahead. Also to the Parents for getting you there!
