The Kent 3km and 10km Track Championships were held at Dartford last Wednesday with several runners from the club taking part. Emily Hale had a PB in the 3Km (10.54.22). In the 10Km, Lee McMeekin (M45) was the first runner home with a time of 34.57.67, followed by Justin Lane (M40), with a PB of 35.41.84. He was closely followed by Neill Wright again with a PB of 35.52.52.
